Our closed cell rubber foam, primarily produced using EPDM and TPE compounds, combines the elasticity of rubber with the lightweight, waterproof nature of closed-cell technology, making it ideal for outdoor seals, automotive weatherstripping, and vibration isolation pads. Unlike conventional rubber, this foam resists ozone, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures from -40°C to 120°C without cracking or losing flexibility. We manufacture it in sheets or rolls with densities ranging from 100 to 400 kg/m³, and we can apply acrylic or silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives for easy installation. Common applications include HVAC gaskets, door seals for heavy machinery, and cushioning layers for railway track systems. The closed-cell structure also prevents capillary action, ensuring that even cut edges remain water-resistant, which is critical for marine or hydroponic environments.
