Our position as a premier cross linked polyethylene manufacturer is supported by our 20-person R&D team and 200 sets of precision equipment, allowing us to produce XLPE foam in densities from 25 kg/m³ to 200 kg/m³ and thicknesses from 1mm to 50mm, with the closed cell structure providing zero water absorption, excellent thermal insulation, and exceptional smooth surface finish for applications including automotive interior padding, HVAC insulation, sports equipment, and medical device packaging. We offer cross linked polyethylene manufacturer services with custom formulations including antistatic, flame-retardant, and high-temperature resistant variants, and our GRS certification enables production of recycled-content XLPE foam for sustainable projects.
