Our position as premier closed cell polyethylene foam manufacturers is supported by our ability to produce both non-crosslinked and crosslinked (XLPE) closed cell PE foam in densities from 25 kg/m³ to 200 kg/m³, thicknesses from 1mm to 50mm, with the closed cell structure providing zero water absorption, excellent thermal insulation, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability across temperatures from -40°C to 80°C (or 120°C for XLPE). We offer closed cell polyethylene foam manufacturers services with extensive customization including adhesive backing, precision die-cutting, contour molding, lamination to fabrics or films, and specialized formulations such as antistatic for electronics packaging, flame-retardant for construction, and high-temperature resistant for automotive, all backed by our GRS certification for recycled content options.
